Publicis of San Francisco had me analyse the Security Center portion of PayPal's website. After a complete page inventory. I created a spreadsheet with every page and link. I used sitemaps to organise the flow into a new, streamlined user experience. The content was then sucked out of the pages into documents for copywriting. The sitemaps were then fleshed out into wireframes. These wireframes were passed on to a content strategist who rewrote the new wireframes. The wires were then passed on to the design department who merged the new PayPal design standards with the fresh content. All was secure.
